THE MIND

ROMANS 12:2

Our training emphasis is Mind 1st, Grind 2nd. We have to become stronger mentally and spiritually before we can overcome ourselves and other obstacles physically. We train in the spirit, mind and body. The outcome of a weak mind and a weak spirit is a weak body.

THE GRIND

Psalm 128:2

Prepare to work and work hard. Our main goal is to physically prepare clients to take on everyday situations as well as the extreme ones. We prescribe well structured strength and conditioning exercise programs that involve a wide variety of exercises which enhance motor skills through increasing strength, power, mobility, stability power, speed, agility and performance. Through these physical challenges, we aim to build mental, spiritual and physical endurance in you so that you have the composure to work any problem and take on any obstacle. Our variety of training takes clients from workouts preparing for sports, intense hunts, or other grueling physical activity; to workouts helping clients who just want to feel better and be more active for their family. For any situation our training has you covered.

This type of training allows an individual to strengthen muscles, increase joint stabilization, develop better coordination & peripheral skills, refine existing or develop new movement patterns, diminish muscle imbalances, increase mobility & correct posture. There is enhancement of motor skills and a reduction in the risk of injury in everyday life and strenuous physical activity.
